  The Fitness Planner is fitness software which contains an exercise library of over 500 exercises and activities. You can build workouts by adding exercises from the library. 1) Outlook Style calendar
 - Contains an Outlook Style Calendar component.
 - Schedule appointments, calls, todo's, workouts, individual exercises, sporting events, leisure activities and work activities.
 - Display one day's activities or multiple days. Views include a 1-day, 5-day, 7-day, and month view as well as any number of days with your choice of date ranges.
 - Reschedule activities by dragging and dropping.
 - Multi-month selection enabled.
 - Separate Task List grid where you can keep track of your pending tasks.
 - Display the daygrid timespans in hours, 30 min, 15 min, 10 min or 5 minute sections.
 - Capable of scheduling activities for unlimited people!

2) Exercise Library
 - Contains over 500 exercises of varying categories including Weight Lifting, Swimming, Sports activities and more.
 - Each exercise has an editable METS rating, which is used to calculate calories burned during the exercise.
 - Each exercise contains various informative fields including two picture fields in which you can store instructional pictures about the exercise.
 - Easily add your own exercises.
 - Create exercise books or ebooks!
 - The Weight lifting section contains over 60 complete exercises along with pictures and instructions.
 - Sort and filter options in the Exercise Library grid permit you to easily locate any exercise.

2) Workout Builder
 - Add any exercise from the Exercise Library.
 - Created for simple exercises with emphasis on weight lifting or body building routines.
 - Can be used to build many types of workouts including Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, gymnastics, dance routines, crosstrainer activities, casual walking, fitness training and more.
 - Once you build a workout, you can schedule it directly into anyone's calendar or add it to any plan.

3) Planner
 - The Planner takes everything one step further. Create plans consisting of exercises and/or workouts and/or activities.
 - Create one weekly plan and schedule it once a week, or create a monthly plan and schedule it once per month. How many times have you seen multi-week workout plans in muscle magazines and wished you had the software that would accomodate it?
 - A plan can last one week, two weeks, 2 months or more.  - A plan can have many phases (ie. beginner phase, intermediate phase, expert phase etc).
 - Once you build a plan, you can schedule it for your choice of person with one click of the mouse.
 - Use plans over and over again. Saves time and effort.

4) Help U Track
 - The Help U Track enables you to track anything you'd like about the exercise, workout or activity.
 - Track as many aspects as you'd like about any activity. For example, you could track heart rate, blood pressure, laps, times, distances, energy levels, state of mind, level of satisfaction; you can track anything you'd like. No more hard coded fields!
 - Contains a "Help U Track" table where you define which fields to pick and add to exercises, workouts etc. Any field you enter can be easily added to any exercise or workout.
 - Each user defined field contains a numeric datatype, a text datatype and a boolean.

5) Activity Analyzer
 - Examine (sort, filter, select) each individual exercise that has been scheduled, completed or not.
 - Examine your progress. Easily see how your bench press weight-lifted, number of reps and tonnage have increased.
 - Also contains a separate grid for Help U Track analysis.


6) 1 Rep Max Calculator
 - If you can bench press 80 lbs for 5 times, the 1 Rep Max Calculator will tell you how many lbs you can bench press once. This is a safer method of calculating your 1 rep max.
 - Once you have your 1 rep max, you can determine what 60% of your 1 rep max is. This is the amount of weight you should lift seven to 12 times for maximum muscle growth.
 - Displays most percentages of your 1 rep max in a table for easy lookup. Useful if you want to lift a percentage of weight such as 50% of your 1 rep max.
 - Create your 1 rep max table for unlimited exercises and for unlimited days. See your progress.

7) Contacts
 - Contains a 'Contacts' table where you can enter spotters, friends, trainers, coaches or anyone you wish. Then you pick a contact to add to your scheduled activities.
 - Helps you keep track of whom you are doing what with, and when.
 - Pick any contact from a drop-down list in the scheduled activity.

7) Nutrition
 - Now contains a food database with which you can create and schedule meals.
